Gotta love coffee nerds. I got myself a palm tamper for a decent price, and now only buy really small amounts of fresh beans since I want them as tasty as possible. It really upped my coffee game, and I'm loving it. I'm not full blown coffee nerd yet, since I'm a climbing nerd first, but I'm at least taking notes. As a barista who worked at several coffee shops, this was the hardest step to get right bc of varying counter and employee heights. Plus the strain it puts on the wrist is not good for the employee. Robot is best for employees at coffee shops. Manual is only good for home.
