I think another thing to consider with the heal turret is
1) recalling it when the fight is over so there is no chance of someone sneaking up and get a couple of sneaky shots off on it. Only have it out when it's useful unless you REALLY have it tucked into a hard to shoot location.

2) If you need to retreat try to take down the turret before they get a chance to see it and hit it. This will allow you to have it for the regroup, or to throw it back out to bait them into shooting it and not you as you get away.

3) when the fight breaks out, resist the temptation to place the turret right away. While the beginning of the fight is when your team maybe needs the most healing it's also when they will look to kill the turret early if they can. You can take advantage of people's natural tendency to tunnel vision by waiting until they are more distracted and then place a turret. Odds are they'll keep after the people they were already targeting and forget about trying to find the turret until they start noticing "damn, no one is dying." 4) don't be afraid to throw is out someplace too out of the way to be ideal for long, at least for a few seconds to help with healing up. As long as no one hits it it will be back up pretty soon so I will definitely throw it to a team mate hiding around a corner, let it tick 2 or 3 times, then recall it.

Question: do you plan to make updated guides for Sojourn, Doomfist, and Junker Queen? The last guides you've made on them were back in the PVP beta for Overwatch 2 (if I'm not mistaken) and it would be very nice to see updates to these guides

Exciting hero. Always thought healer turret Sym (replacing her TP: gets multiple weak ones) wouldve made her a viable support hero.

Seems balanced. If she is too oppressive ai aready see DVA as a great counter to deal with her ult, heal bot, and quick engagement capability to deal with her repositioning. Shields from Sigma or Rein could also block her range attacks, with Sig capable of aggressively pushing with his or eating her ult.

Only thing about this guide is pylon placements. Placing your pylon in a good place is extremely important! Always throw your pylon up! Aiming up while your entire enemy team is there is very risky for them especially if it's at an angle to where they need to walk by your tank in order to get to the pylon. Do not worry about throwing it too high majority of the time because it only requires your head hitbox to be in the 15 meter range plus the rod pokes out atleast 2 meters where the action range comes from. Besides that, awesome guide.

How does she have 3 stars in utility when the only thing she has at best is her boop and that’s not even all that useful half the time. She definitely needs a 1star for that. Then you give LW 3 stars on range when he’s got 30m max range for heals which is better than every support except Ana lol.
