Alan Hawkins
Principal Consultant, Ravensgate
Alan is a geologist with over 18 years’ experience in mineral exploration, resource development and the management of exploration programs. He has worked in a variety of geological environments in Australia and Indonesia, primarily in gold and copper. Previously he was at Newmont Mining Corporation as a Principal Geologist in their exploration, corporate and business development divisions, providing technical support, due diligence and rapid first-filter geological and economic analysis to M&A teams in the Asia Pacific region.
He is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with the AIG and holds the relevant qualifications required by JORC and VALMIN Codes in to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the JORC Code. He is a Qualified Person under the rules and requirements of the Canadian Reporting Instrument NI43-101.
