FM DX Palmos Kefalonias 98.3 MHz From Malta [Tropo]. It was caught on 24/07/2021 at around 11:05 AM (UTC+2). Very strong tropo during the day, despite the location of Ghajn Tuffieha favours Tunisian, Balearic Islands, Sardegna and Libya, it was the contrary on the day as the heavy tropo from West Greece dominated this area. In fact, the station reached RDS levels of displaying the date, time and ‘PALMOS’ and ‘**983**’ data. The music has been Shazamed and is ‘Pes Mou An Tolmas’ by Tamta. Temperature reached almost 30 Degrees Celsius on the sunny day. It is caught from the Ionian Islands’, Kefalonia FM Transmitter of around 5 kW in power which is approximately 600 kilometres away. 73 😊
