I found your channel with hysterectomy exercises, but i'm so glad I subscribed to get this advice. This is just what I needed to hear. I've been struggling finding a way to get back working out after my surgery and I felt at a loss. I feel very weak because I haven't been able to work out for the past year or so due to the issues that lead to my surgery. The problem is if the activity should be fun it must be various. Having a special high education I love variety in activity, but it exhausts me completely to be honest, and it's extremely difficult to have a strict plan. Working on balance I have exhausted nervous system, I have permanent pains, so I have to correct plans and to be precise over my need to have fun. It feels like a pressure. It is a real trouble. But the real me inside doesn't want to stop, it wants to add activity more and more. The inner conflict is pranayama or parterre doesn't feel like fun. Fun is dancing, acrobatics, strong trainings in dancing the minimum is yoga if it makes me add some range of motion to my activity. "What does not burn will rot".
