Franklin Delano Roosevelt[a] (January 30, 1882 – April 12, 1945), commonly known by his initials FDR, was an American politician who served as the 32nd president of the United States from 1933 until his death in 1945. The longest serving U.S. president, he is the only president to have served more than two terms. His initial two terms were centered on combating the Great Depression, while his third and fourth saw him shift his focus to America's involvement in World War II.

Lend lease was a huge wast of money... almost as stuoid as the so called Marshall Plan wich FDR was advocating for prior to his death. Both programs significantly increased USA debt, were never paid back, and lead to the USA attempting to be the worlds Police since WW2. This attempt to be the worlds COPS has caused millions of people to hatte the USA, been the cause of death for hundreds of thousands of USA personel and lead to the economic mess we are currently in. Yes FDR did some good things domestically that we could not afford but we could have paid for those had we not been saddled with Lend Lease, MarshaPlan, and World Wide Cop.
