Thanks for the video. I have a question:


Lets suppose the SMS service in the video is down, but all the other services are working fine. Now all the services are pulling the same item from the queue, but the SMS service can't process it, while the other services can. What will happen? will the item return to the back of the queue and wait there until all the services are up?

do u mean to say rssttemplate feignclients are synchronous in model. ?
what abt the kafka - streaming system place here ? which kind if queueing systems like AMQP, RABBITMQ.. will place here ??

I think you explained the pub sub here on this video... While it's a similar concept as MQ albeit different and much more applicable to heritage and legacy architecture as well and not just distributed event driven. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
