keep showing: Modules are not supported at language level '8'
tried to sort it out through the quick fixes and used the option: upgrade JDK9+
didnt do anything.
went to-> File-> project structure -> project (under project settings)-> used the language level to select java 17 (anything higher than 8) and applied
came back to the java module file and still showing me Modules are not supported at language level '8'
deleted the module file and ran the code, saw the frame and the "hello" button and that was good enough for me.
