Elon Musk, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Claim Kamala Harris Will Shut Down X | Firstpost America

Billionaire Elon Musk and former independent Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have claimed that Vice President Kamala Harris will shut down the social media platform X if she is voted to power on November 5. Both Musk and Kennedy shared a video clip where Harris was seen saying that social media platforms should be held accountable. The video is from the 2019 Democratic primary debate where Harris was referring to then President Donald Trump. Debunking the claims, in the video Kamala Harris is asking Facebook and Twitter, now X, to crack down on inflammatory posts posted by Donald Trump. She was referring to the 2019 El Paso shooting that was racially motivated and was carried out by a MAGA supporter. Eventually, Trump was banned from Twitter in 2021 over the Capitol Hill violence. However, he was reinstated in 2022 when Elon Musk bought Twitter and renamed it X.
