N’y a-t-il pas une petite erreur technique dans ce qui est montré avec le passage en plateau qui est largement déconseillé ? L’accélération évoquée ne se fait elle pas simplement en envoyant le coude vers l’avant tout en conservant le poignet cassé vers le bas de sorte que la tête de raquette, sans passer par la phase de plateau, alors que le coude est projeté vers l’avant, gratte le derrière de la tête, descend dans le dos puis se projette naturellement vers le haut pour finir avec la pronation ?

Practice more often is neccessary to maintain body memory...

What about loosening the grip after the trophy pose. I find that helps my wrist to be more flexible. Tight grip make my wrist stiff.
