I also for this video tried some new effects, trying to show with effects that she is underwater (just as she is in the still image) and how hard it is with depression. Honestly, it doesn't look like an underwater effect to me personally. It may have done with a different image, but with the positioning of this one it looks more like rays of light piercing through clouds with a random wave effect. Just my opinion, sorry D:
