You probably don't play tighnari at a high level but he's the best out of all the standard characters. Being once a limited character he's still tier 1 in the meta.
Jean requires Furina while Tighnari has way more teams

I actually agree with your hot take, Dehya that high is okay to me esp with upcoming Natlan patches...

... but what I disagree against is Tighnari being that below Keqing in quicken comps. Tighnari will always be one of the best single target destroyer, even with non-premium team, unlike Keqing whom you BADLY need Kazuha and C6 Fischl to make her team work above average. There's a reason CN community almost always use Tighnari in abyss boss chambers if they see it fit.

But hey, this is just my argument. Tier lists are partially subjective, so yeah.

EDIT: I bet Chasca will be the one to be added in standard banner.

Personally I'm gonna choose Dehya so I can eventually C6 her a tiny bit faster assuming she pity breaks more than the others.

About adding limited characters to standard... it's illegal, even if they're super old like albedo and Klee, they were marketed to the public as limited time characters, hoyoverse cannot add them to the standard banner.

However, when you visit the banner details of a limited 5 star, it specifically says that the 5 star will not be added to the wish "wanderlust invocation" which means technically hoyoverse could take a loophole, they could create a new version of the standard banner and add old limiteds to it. They would technically still be in line with the law since they never added any limited characters to the actual standard banner

I don't think the general opinion around dehya is based on the expectation for her to be a main dps because her kit revolves mainly around dmg mitigation she looks like a tank dmg hybrid (which is a really cool idea) I think people think she's bad because she doesn't excel or even does a decent job at anything: she doesn't have enough pyro app for anything (probably not even for the new 5.0 5*s) and she doesn't have good enough dmg or defensive utility so in 90% of cases why even use her

13:52 Its important to remember that they cant add older limited characters to the standard banner due to laws around advertising. So any new characters that will be added will be from upcoming patches only.

Tighnari is really good even if he is not high invested I think he is at the same level as Keqing or even better. I know this is an objective take but I do think Tighnari is being underestimated here :/ but overall good video.

I disagree with Tighnari being so much lower than Keqing. Keqing is a solid quicken on-fielder, but she's never the best, while Tighnari is the best spread dps specifically in single target scenarios.

As soon as there is more than one target, Alhaitham is better, and Alhaitham is just generally a much more versatile unit due to how easily you can control the length of his rotations depending on the current situation, but if it's just single target Tighnari comes out on top, even if slightly.

Also it's probably relevant to mention that Dehya can be a functional dps, though mainly with constellations. Until C4, she's stuck Emblem, but with C4 you can use her signature set to increase her damage ceiling. With C6, her damage output becomes comparable with a C0 Hu Tao, which is nothing to sneeze at.

For standard 5* characters, constellations are a relevant thing to mention, because, if you play long enough, you *will* get constellations on at least some of them. Being able to pick a copy of the standard 5* characters might mean, for some, being able to reach the good constellations of the character, if they have any good constellations (which isn't guaranteed, admittedly, given that Qiqi's constellations do very little for her and even her C6 is mainly good for coop or memes).

Older players might already have at least one copy of most, if not all, of the standard 5*, so I'm a little surprised you didn't mention the value of their constellations at all.
