Second I cover former YES lead vocalist Jon Anderson’s upcoming album entitled True. And give ny review in his 2 prereleases True Messenger & Shine On.

How does he stack up against YES’ Mirror to the Sky?

So strap in folks, there;s a whole lot to cover, and so little time to cover it!

I saw Jon Anderson singing with a youth choir in State College, Pa, a few years ago and he was fine. The youngsters were having the time of their life living out on a small scale the rock star dream. Jon was touring with young musical talent and showing them the ropes. It was a fun night and all on stage including Jon were great.

It's refreshing to see a band exit the stage gracefully. I respect and applaud Aerosmith for this classy move. Like everybody else, I've loved their music for almost half a century. Way to go out Aerosmith! 😊👍🏻☮️🎸🎶🎵🎸

*Have always loved Jon Anderson's enduring & distinctive falsetto thruout his tenure with Yes and collabs with Vangelis, not to mention his solo career 🤟🥰

Kudos to Steven Tyler, he gave it a shot. The guy is 76 years old, after all.

I first saw them in concert in 1974, since then I have seen them again and again and they always rocked the house and made me feel like I got more than my money worth. thanks for the memories and the music.

Jon Anderson is otherworldly. It's hard to believe he can sound so good at his age.

Now about Jon Anderson what a great vocals and of course with the band YES, I did get to see them live 3 times in the 70's and every concert had a a different show and they played over 2 hours kicking ass!

I love early Aerosmith but wasn't a fan of their later albums but they have earned respect no matter what. Soon the only rock band touring will be Motely Crue on their 4th Farewell Tour. 😃 P.S. Jon Anderson is still sounding great as you said, and he is one of my all time favorite singers.

Back in the 90's when I was taking guitar lessons my instructor had another student who met Steven Tyler, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer in a restaurant. The other student was with his parents. They approached Steven and the boys to ask for autographs when they thought it was a good time to do that. The student told my instructor that they were so cool and just as nice as they could be. Steven, Brad, Tom and Joey all went out to the parking lot with the student and his family and had some pictures taken with them. He let our instructor borrow one of the pictures to show the other students.

My older brother had the Toys in the Attic album way back in the 70's. I hate to see a great classic live band like Aerosmith hang it up but I admire and respect them for this decision. Thanks Michael. Great video!!

I was blessed to see Jon and the Geeks on the 21st. It was great to see and hear him. They did a wonderful job with the classic YES music and I really like the new tunes. They have the flavor of mid 70s, and 80s Yes. Jon did a great job but you can hear he has shaved an octive off certain passages, but he can still hold it together and has not lost the vocal feelings nor inflections he brings to YES music. I have not been a fan of the last several YES albums and sad to say, I think Andersons new work with the Geeks will out shine the current Yes lineup. Steve, you need to rethink some things!
Yes I think if the money is right, Aerosmith will do a tribute tour. The money will attract them, or they'll sell their body of work like Queen did and continue to relax along with Steven. Bottom line, we have wonderful bodies of work to enjoy until we too move onto that higher plane.✌

Aerosmith was a spent force after Permanent Vacation. I saw that tour with Guns N' Roses opening.
