Mexican Street Tacos (Tacos Al Pastor)

Albeit not completely traditional, here is a super-easy way to make Al Pastor at home.

I'm Mexican, and I can actually say that this looks really good, almost like actual Mexican tacos. We don't add avocado or cotija cheese on them either, but we use a tomatillo sauce though.

Great recipe man. Tacos al pastor are probably the most respected tacos here inn Mexico, but there are so many variations to it and only until recently many chefs are playing with the typical recipe, now even making black tacos with nero di seppia and so on.
(I know you said the recipe wasn't all that traditional, but it's way better than many other recipes I've seen in "traditional" taquerias, they use bottled marinades often)
