Показать описание
In Tableau Desktop, you can view the SQL generated by your data source connections and queries by following these steps:
Connect to Data:
Open Tableau Desktop.
Go to the "Data" menu and select "Connect to Data."
Choose Your Data Source:
Select your data source, whether it's a database, Excel file, or any other supported data source.
Configure Connection:
If required, configure the connection settings, including server, database, authentication, and other connection-specific details.
Edit Data Source:
After successfully connecting to your data source, go to the "Data Source" tab by clicking on the tab with the data source name.
View SQL Query:
In the "Data Source" tab, you'll see a "Connections" pane on the left.
To view the SQL query generated by Tableau for your data source, right-click on the data source connection (usually found under "Connections" in the pane) and select "View Data" or "View Data Source."
This action will open a new window that displays the SQL queries generated by Tableau for the data source, including any transformations or filters applied in your workbook.
Analyze SQL:
You can review, analyze, or copy the SQL queries as needed for reference or further analysis.
Keep in mind that the ability to view generated SQL queries may vary depending on your data source type and the specific version of Tableau Desktop you are using. Additionally, Tableau may generate SQL differently for different operations and calculations within your workbook, so you may need to check the SQL for each relevant data source or worksheet.
