Peter great work as always but I was shocked at how dirty the glass panes looked on the Terrace - made me wonder how frequently they are washed and for such a prestige building I was disappointed by that - don’t like to be negative as I do appreciate it isn’t you and you always inspire.

My favorite place in all florida.
Love the quality of the condos. This Jade signature it’s so elegant in its simplicity and quality. The ocean views and the beach on our feet it’s a must for me. Like I told you before, I’m Portuguese so the ocean it’s in my veins. I admit that I have a soft spot for the Porsche design tower for the overall interior unit design with huge rooms and bathrooms, the “pool” and the car garage.
Too bad that the Turnberry building it’s so close to the Porsche design tower. It ruin it a bit but I can’t wait for the “upgraded” Porsche Design tower aka Bentley residences (I believe it’s that). Is so obvious that the design team it’s the same and that they took what they learned from the former sports car themed building and push it further.
