Love my 23 Si! Sold my coyote mustang and moved to this due to having a new baby. Blast to drive, great on gas, fits the whole family and late night solo canyon runs are where this car shines. The handling is amazing. I never thought I’d own a FWD car, but the lsd makes up for it and it’s such a practical, yet amazing daily.

The Canadian spec Si vs US Si is a tale of two cities in terms of features, super annoying.

The Civic Si is a special version, I think it traditionally always came with a manual and I'd rather them stick with it, especially since Honda makes such good ones

Great review guys.. I've had this car for a year and a half and its a blast. I also owned the 2020. You have to rev this on to almost red line to really enjoy it. The last model, the turbo peeked sooner which made it pull harder, but run out of steam faster. The new model, keeps on pulling and once you pass 5000rpm it really pulls hard like the old Vtec Si's!!!

I love it when Zack sits in the rear and spreads his arms with a smile, that's a confirmation of the spacious rear space

Civic Si has always been a brilliant drive, when the base Civic already have a great architecture. I would probably pick between Civic Sport or an Integra, given I am a huge hatchback fans. If only Si is available as a hatchback, as its forebears did back in the 80s and 90s.

Civic Si as it comes with 200hp is not much faster than the regular civic. But it feels like it has more soul, you get the manual transmission, sport seats, and with an intake, a tune, and lowered, it’s defintely a fun and peppy car

From a long-time Honda owner in the states, I bought a used 2019 10th gen SI last year and love the car and its features. Thank you both for this car review!!! I was thinking about eventually trading for a new 11th gen SI, but it seems like right now the American version of the car is cheaper on content and features versus the Canadian version. Maybe because the car is built in Alliston Ontario??? Hopefully Honda will add more features to the mid-cycle refresh SI in a couple of years. Untill then I plan to keep my 10th gen SI.

Yes it does look great, and black matte wheels work. Red is always the best colour for a car! (just like my first car - a 77 Civic)

Honda manuals are the best!! So glad to see the Si again. Yes Honda do the same colour seats in the back to make the car cohesive and with red seatbelts too 🙏

I test dove one of these today. It was one year old with 16, 343 miles. Price was crazy since I can buy a new one with 0 miles for 197 dollars more.

I'm 45 and I like the black wheels. It adds just enough sporty look with it. I've seen them in white with black wheels. It looks sharp.

Great review! I have a '22 Si (US Spec) and it's the best daily I have ever owned. I have an FK8 for autocross but the Si performs all the daily duties much better!

Good point about the manual transmission. Honda clutches do feel a bit spongy when it hooks up and the hookup point is a bit high in the pedal travel.
I like the hookup point on the MX5 but I think the Honda shifter is better. It’s crisper, more of a well oiled rifle bolt. For comparison, they are much better than BMW shifters, which tend to be rubbery and isolated.
I had an 07 STI, I hated that shifter feel. It was the only time I’ve had missed shifts (2nd to 3rd but goes into 5, 5 into 4th but goes into 2nd (dangerous)). It was vague with long throws. I ripped the whole linkage out and replaced it with a Kartboy linkage, 60% shorter throws with hardened poly bushings.
The best OEM shifter I ever experienced was an 04 Acura RSX type S. It was just like a smooth rifle bolt with literally 1 inch throws!

There is something about Honda specially civic and more specially Si that only Honda owners feel. This Si has the same soul ❤ but it's getting unaffordable unlike before .TNX for video

I've been waiting for this one too for sure! Looks a brooding fast saloon, not in your face with the sporty styling, but definitely you know it carries a hefty punch.

The light clutch is great for daily driving AND it has an LSD! Save the manuals!

While I really like the Integra, I can pay this car off eighteen months sooner! Plus the Civic Si comes standard with navigation and a spare tire (in Canada), unlike the Integra.
I currently am driving a 2020 Si and love it. For real world driving conditions, it's hard to beat. Relatively affordable, fun to drive and great fuel economy!
Great review guys! Zack talked me back into the Si and Andrea is the boss with a manual transmission!!

Just bought a 23 Integra a spec. Not disappointed. The hatchback is a huge advantage and the Integra is just such a cleaner look.
