Box opening DIY miniature dollhouse kit Magic treasure house, Holo magic city house

I don't recommend this kits! At first I was happy and excited, but when I start assembling I changed my opinion, everything goes worse and worse and worse.
1.I was sure that I bought from Cute room, not GuangzhouJIA TECrafts Co! I don't want to buy any dollhouses from this designer! They try to make their kits look like a Cute room/Сute bee so that we would buy something that we did not plan to buy, but please note this one is a completely different brand! Please be careful!
2. If you have kids & animals please be careful with those yellow parts (C87, C88) that are used for the paper roof! They are very sharp and I have pricked myself several times! Do not leave this house unattended!
3. In previous kit (Holo magic city) I mentioned that I like this matte paper, but I received a comment (dear Elly thank you very much!) that the colors of the paper parts are not as bright as in my video, I took my finished house out of the cabinet and I have the same thing now! All the paper parts changed their color (I showed it in the previous video)! Yes, it happens, the paper fades, but please note that my kit was in a cabinet (all the other DIY kits (I have more than 100 from other designers) looks good and all colors remained rich and bright).
4. First I was happy with stickers, I said "they are very easy and very convenient to work with - you just need to peel off the sticker and it's super easy to stick it on and no glue is needed..." In the Magic treasure kit stickers were bad and I used glue! Yes, I'm still happy that I don't need to cut off those parts but please note that it's better to use glue then miss a few. In Holo magic stickers was good.
5. Overall the colors don't match the promo photos, it turned out beautiful, I like it, but please note that these are different colors.
6. Same newspapers for both! I translated languages ​​that I don't understand and besides English, there are newspapers in Turkish and Cyrillic with inappropriate text. The designer should read all the text before adding it to the kit! I don’t understand why they can’t use neutral text like other designers do: about nature, beauty, style, recipes, etc. Some newspapers can be rolled up so text will be not readable, but that's still not ok for the curious ones! It’s a pity, they have style, but they are quite lazy and didn’t even read the text in the newspapers, or even worse, they read it and decided that it was acceptable!
7. Tutorial book from pages (for both kits) 1 to 17 is clear and good, but starting from page 18 everything is very bad. It seems that the designer who wrote this book was tired, bored, or the beginning of the book was done by one person, and then they went on vacation and their work was continued by another person. Someone may say that I don’t have enough skill and that’s why it was difficult for me, but I’ve already made quite a lot of doll houses and I can see the difference between a good instruction and a bad one. This is the second time when I'm not happy with the instructions and the dollhouse and I can't recommend it at all! I didn't like the procedure, they suggested first gluing the wall to the floor, then gluing the window and decor to the wall. Yes, it is possible, but it is very inconvenient! Many of us use slow acting glue and then the pictures and other decor on the walls will simply slide down! It’s also not convenient to stick all this decor through small windows and doorways.
8. There were postcards (or posters) that looks like same as Harry Potter books, so I cut off the book titles and the author's name and left only small pictures (Holo magic). The second one (Magic tresure) had just one Harry Potter book without author's name.
9. Display with butterflies and cabinet with animals and jars (Holo magic). Perhaps it will be ok for someone not as sensitive as me, but I didn’t like it.
10. In Holo magic rooms was closed by all 4 walls on all sides, so it will most likely be a decorative object or lamp, but not a doll's house. I thought about taking pictures of the rooms later, but I wasn’t able to, everything is closed and it’s hard to see through the small windows. For example, the spiral stairs wasn't easy to make, it turned out very beautiful and is completely invisible because of walls, it’s a shame! Again, some people will like this, but I love when dollhouses are open, each item is clearly visible and you can play & make photos. Magic treasure is better but those hinges are so small and you need some support or you will brake the door.
11. I could buy 2 large kits from Cutebee or even 4-5 small kits, where everything is perfect, both details and instructions.
