I have a MS361 but the decompression button isn't there, instead there is a fixed bolt in its place. Factory moulded hole is present in the orange plastic cover. Is this how some of them came or could it be a case of a major component having being replaced prior to my ownership?

I bought a 362 on Monday with 25" bar for 300 I'm hoping to get 450 for it
