Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM) monitors your Mercedes-Benz tire pressure of all four tires and will warn you if any of the tires has low pressure. Often referred to as TPMS, it has sensors that are installed at all the four tires and readings from each tire are transmitted to the TPMS control unit. It is important to understand that even though TPMS reset and programming are used interchangeably, they are different procedures. Reset or relearn is when you set new pressure on your tires, install a new OEM TPMS sensor or rotate tires and the car needs to recognize the new location of the TPMS sensors

For my 2018 GLC 300, the correct tire pressures based on vehicle loads are found on the inside of the gas cap cover, and not on the driver's side door sill.
