with Lvl 3 cortex it's 4k starchrom per week

The amount of starcrom from phase goals has increased per week. We are getting around 4-4.5k the last few weeks. The server I am on is on phase 3, Also level 3 cortex give 100 starcrom per. So if you did all level 3 every week it's 4k per week.
