I tried, I failed... but we move 😂😂

I really want to make a good go of plastering so we've decided not to push ourselves to get it done quickly, and instead go easy and keep a slow and steady pace. We managed to tick off some little jobs that needed doing and got ready to host our first guest in our guestroom!!

Those tiles look really nice! When you get to paint a room, avoid 'vinyl' paint because it stinks! What's very effective is putting a bucket of water in the room overnight cuz the water will absorb the smell of the paint. ...If you intend painting over that purple wall, some rolls of plain wallpaper will be lots cheaper, and save you and Lew from painting one coat after another. Anyway, once wallpaper is dried, then you can paint over it in the colour you want. Congratulations on the partnership, I think house Reno will take longer then you think so just chill and take your time! I do think maybe sliders isn’t the best footwear to be wearing when doing work but hey ho I look forward to the frozen toes A&E episode 😅 also I need a spuds in the tub update!
