Dutch & Dutch 8C Active Monitor and Metrum Acoustics Ambre Roon Bridge

Here I go over the Dutch and Dutch 8C Active monitor which is a kick in the pants. These little monitors are the most stout little things Ive ever played around with. Should be called the Mighty Mite.. insane power and clarity.. Makes you want to keep going because it just does not distort. This is a complete audio system in a pair of monitors complete with subs and bass correction

They look good in Black ! If i had a studio I would compare them too the JBL M2 Monitor.
For home the best loudspeakers are Stenheim reference with active bass towers.

In the beginning you also talked about the kii three for a short time... Which of these speakers would you recommend for an acoustically untreated room?

So it's been a while since you posted this, and I see you got rid of them. Did you keep the Maggies? I'm between active speakers like these or the Buchardt or some Maggies. What do you think?

Hi OCD HI-FI GUY In many videos you hear the room and then the speakers ... But now I believe I hear a lot of the possibilities that these speakers can !!! What a great video !! But I'm now looking at HarbthHL5 +, BAREFOOT FOOTPRINT 01, Kii3, ATC (not to be paid), Amphion One18, PMC but this is interesting ... wonder how these D&D work with a separate monitor controller from example DRAWMER .. question Can make another video but with Andrea Bocelli - Time to Say Goodbye with D&D

Awesome studio monitors, if you buy speakers like this or the studio Focal's or PMC's @10.000 plus, you invest in a mixing and/or mastering tool. Sure the sound fantastic in a living room behind the sofa, 'cause the wife want's them out of the way... When you have a treated acoustic room, and give them space to breath, speakers like this shine and enjoy them, not just go loud....

Dutch & Dutch spec sheet says: at least 10 cm to the back wall. Optimum listening distance: one meter. I can't see this realized in the above video.
