24 hours ago, I embarked on an exciting journey to start a brand new YouTube Shorts channel with the aim of going viral right from the very first video. I've seen countless creators explode on YouTube Shorts, even with almost brand-new channels, so I wanted to give it a try myself, especially focusing on this type of content.

Why This Channel?

The type of videos I chose involved reuploading Shorts, but with a twist. Simply reuploading videos doesn’t add value anymore. So, I took a step further to create something more transformative and informative. Here's how I did it:

My Viral Strategy:

Finding Trending Content: I began by searching for what’s already performing well on Shorts. Using the good old search bar, I typed “# shorts” and searched different letters, filtering by MOST views.
Discovering Vecna: I stumbled upon Vecna, a popular character from the hit Netflix series, Stranger Things, with a video that had 200 million views! I knew I had to create a Short around this.
Creating Unique Content: Instead of just reuploading, I created an original concept around Vecna’s transformation. I aimed to make it informative and engaging to reach a broader audience.
The Process:

Scripting Without AI: I wrote the script manually after researching blog posts, video interviews, and rewatching Stranger Things.
Recording the Voiceover: Using my microphone, I recorded the voiceover, bringing my script to life.
Editing the Video: I edited the video using Premiere Pro, incorporating relevant visuals and photos, ensuring it was engaging.
The Results:

Views and Engagement: I uploaded the video and monitored its progress. Within 24 hours, the video gained significant views, comments, and subscribers, proving the potential of Shorts.
Experiment Insights: Although it didn’t go viral, the experiment was a success, showing what can be achieved with dedication and creativity in a short time.
