The product is specifically designed to help eliminate torque converter clutch shudder. Typically that would be most noticeable under light acceleration and as converter begins locking around 30 to 45 mph. Feels like when you drive over a rumble strip, or a lot of descriptive people say like driving over a washboard. Most common first attempt at repair is changing the fluid and usually that does fix, which is why a fluid additive such as this can help. But I wouldn't add it to the fluid that most likely needs changed anyway. You could be better off adding to the new fluid if you like the product. It shouldn't have made any difference in those instances you mention improvement, like shaking in Park or when revved. Those aren't torque converter clutch shudder. I can't say it didn't help, but I have no idea how it would.

I just used it on my Buick. I put 2 in. I still notice a shudder after driving it for about 30 miles, but it seems less noticeable. Hopefully it works better the more I drive it.

I have an 04 GMC Envoy that had a shudder around 55-60 mph. I added 2 bottles of this and the shudder went completely away within 2 miles. Good Stuff!

Don't waste your money. If your gearbox I'd fuct, it needs more then some oil. Tried it and also others. Waste of money and is the same as normal geabox oil !!!
Happy to be proved otherwise as have fault on my gearbox and this and others did not fix it

Worked for 2013 Camry. Had shutter pretty bad. Every gear every up shift when rpm came down and converter locks. This worked instantly. Much easier than a new torque converter and program even if it only lasts 30k or something.

The best product to use in a ford is the Motorcraft XL3 friction modifier. It does wonders for automatic transmission and torque converter issues. I used 2 4oz bottles.

I recently (within last two weeks) added this to my 2015 Ram 1500 4x4. At 130k I had the enclosed transmission serviced (new pan, filter and fluid) all good no issues, and I started feeling a slight shutter going into second gear and again 3rd gear around 25-35 mph. Always seemed to happen before engine / trans was warm when I would leave for work in the morning. After it was warm and i had driven some it stopped. I added this product it’s just 2oz so no need to drain any fluid etc.. very simple and to my surprise it worked / helped. It’s been about two weeks now and no more shutter. From my experience this is a great product and works

My Toyota Carmry XLE v-6 developed an unmistakable torque converter shudder at about 40mph to, as high as, 60mph. The shudder was not teeth rattleing, drink spilling bad but could be felt in the string, observation of the cell phone holder and my usual bottle of watter in the shifter console bottle/cup holder. I did a drain and fill using Toyota dealer OEM transmission fluid and added the Sudder Fixx. Within a few short miles the shudder got so bad the steering felt like a rim on a front wheel was ready to seperate from the car. I put many more miles on the car and it continues to get worse. I have taken the car to the dealership and 4 large, very reputable local transmission shops in my area, all say the same thing; REPLACE IT. So, anyway, that's just one review but it is the only one I have so take it for what it's worth in your own case.

Am i missing something. I thought the shutter was from torque converter lockup?

This worked perfect in my Lincoln Mark VIII. Converter shudder was a common issue in them and it stopped within minutes of adding.

I dropped the transmission pan put a new filter and cleaned everything with part cleaner.. had massive amounts of metal on the magnet.. my 2004 ford f150 never had it done.. still had the transmission plug in the pan 217000 miles.. put 2 lube guards also.. transmission running fine now.. good luck ..
