Kanye says to ride your own pp. I don't know if thats good advice for not but this okonomiyaki was tasty.

Here are my alterations:
- add some starch for a crispier crust
- use a leek instead of scallions
- hoisin and peanut curry sauce
- kimchi or another pickled veg on top to cut through the fat
