The good thing is that the customer service is generally really good so getting the credit when items are shipped incorrectly/damaged is pretty simple. I had even gotten someone else's package once.They credited the entire order and I got to keep what was sent by accident.I wish that they would strive better on their packaging but overall it's been a good experience with misfits and well worth ordering from.

Of course your Thrive Market order was ok, a little pricey, because you had to order 2 of everything.
You're a wonderful and gracious person to remain calm and to continue to smile while you unboxed Misfits horror. I was almost thinking of using Misfits for the first time, not now! I think Misfits should refund you the total amount for that order.
Because no one wants milk soggy food 😒

Last week I got wine from Misfits and it was packaged so well. I was thinking why can't they package their grocery boxes this well. Today I got a small grocery order from Misfits and they put the ice pack on top of tortilla chips. I've never had an order this bad from them though. The worst order I've had was sometime last year my box was partially crushed. I'm sure they gave me some kind of credit I don't remember. I just remember sending them a picture of a box that was half crushed.

That’s why I stopped ordering from misfits. It was always stuff busted. Smashed or rotten. 😢

What a mess! And did you say the box itself wasn’t even sealed? Considering how much business and good publicity you’ve given Misfits, I sincerely think they should refund you the entire order.
