A mom of two here. Alyssa, my best advice is to focus on only your birth experience everybody’s is different. Yes you are in pain but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I had a really good birth experience and I didn’t yell not once. I feel the calmer I was the better I was able to deal with the pain.

My daughters due date was may 4th and I had her April 24th 2024. I also thought my pain tolerance was low but let me tell you, I handled that like a CHAMP. I'm very blessed and amazed by my birthing experience and how strong my body truly is. You got this mama!!❤

I have had 6 children, and every single delivery was different. Dont let anyone scare you. Your experience will be your experience. It will be great. I would recommend a midwife, but you get to choose. It's ur body and ur baby. You got this momma lyss.

I am the biggest baby with pain and I was scared to give birth with my oldest and I’m not gonna lie it hurt but it’s such a weird pain that you manage to get through, with an epidural or not and after you can’t believe you did it! Every woman is different, every birth is different. Each of my births out of the three were vastly different from each other. My biggest baby I think was my easiest labor. It’s so crazy but you will get through it mama! When you’re on the verge of meeting baby you just do what you have to, to make sure baby comes healthy and loved. And part of that is pain intervention if you need. You know what your body can handle and don’t be afraid to advocate for yourself regardless of what people say, listen to yourself ❤️🙏 love you guys and congratulations! 💕🥹

I had such a great experience giving birth and it really wasn’t as bad as I was warned. Everyone has their own experience and no matter the birth plan, everyone is on baby’s time!! So just enjoy every minute and be present and if you want the epidural, GET IT GIRL!! The baby will be fine and so will you, just do what you feel is right bc you’re the mama 💕💕 you got this 🫶🏼 be prepared to fully understand a mothers love 🥹😅

A month before, pack yours and Baby Davis' hospital and Coming Home bags. That way, it's 1 less thing you have to worry about if there's a rush. Keep right by the door. Comfy panties are a must for Mama Lyss! Don't forget phone chargers for the hospital too!!❤❤❤

It hurts tbh. But it's mind over matter and also mentally preparing as much as trying to physically prepare yourself as well. Stretches and breathing exercises. Knowledge is power even in pregnancy. You got this.

I honestly wanted to experience pushing out a baby but unfortunately that didn’t go as planned. Ended up having an emergency C section. But no matter how your baby is delivered it’s honestly one of the most beautiful experiences ever. Nothing like bringing a beautiful blessing into this world❤😊
