Thank you for posting this. I am very slowly going through this and it is exceptionally informative.

Yes Gary, the camera showing the full slides, as you suspected. The other camera shot, of the large screen, was fantastic and showed most if not all of the information being mentioned, then suddenly we switch, at the vital moment, to this soft focused view which I found was quite detracting and hard to see, yes I regret that being nearly 70, I have to wear glasses but hey, even you spotted a problem and continued. This camera was virtually showing the same information, ok, shot from a different angle, so to me, seemed pointless? It looked like that camera wasn't square on to the laptop? But anyway Gary thanks for the other camera with the great, clear, large and easily readable shots. The whole presentation was so well done and very helpful and I commend you all on your efforts.

I am a hardware guy - NOT a code head. I want to learn - I really do, but this is way, way - freaking light years - over my head.

I'll watch the rest - in spite of it being a wasted effort.

I agree, guys. Though it's titled "Introduction to GNU Radio, " it's clearly from a starting point beyond what you might consider the "average ham." Somewhere out there might be a program that bridges the gap.

Very informative, shame they kept switching to a pointless out of focus camera?

Instead of explaining how to work with GNU radio(suppose explaining where to write a code to create new blocks and how to integrate that with GNU Radio, You are explaining all signal processing technical stuff..
