Blender 2.7x OpenGL Fluid FX Tests Demo

Показать описание
This is a demo video of various vluid FX that I created in Blender using only OpenGL render passes and compositing in the VSE. Some of these are real-time viewport views, and some required composite passes for reflection and refraction.

hi Carl

superb stuff and right up my street - if you can be pursduaded to create tutorials on each of these examples that would be fabulous!

in my work as producer/designer/developer creating infomercials and animations for marketing teams at Sizmek I have rarely used cycles or blender internal as there are always many amends and revisions from clients so theres not the time to re-render so instead I use Blender openGL from the start - I still find myself veering towards after effects for an easier ride when the going gets tough though I know that almost most same things can be done in Blender openGL with some workarounds and trickery but requires more time than available in our typical projects to sit and work out.
When there is opportunity I would rather attempt it in Blender and spend that extra time solving the problem coming up with solutions to challenges rather than say going back to after effects plus Andrew Kramers Element 3D - great as that combo is Im committed to Blender for many reasons
