You can install soaker hoses throughout your rose garden on a timer to keep from wetting the leaves and flowers. To keep from wasting water in areas between flower beds you can make your own soaker hose from a cheap garden hose. Cap off the end and make your own pin holes for water to come through in desired areas. It works pretty good. You have a beautiful garden! Good luck!

Your mom has a lovely garden! A tip that helped me after an infestation of beetles was to apply beneficial nematodes. I applied them twice in 2021 and saw only 5 beetles total through the whole season.
