To those who have tried cupping, please share your experience in the comments please. I have to say I had a lot of fun playing with the cup set and while I'm not completely sure it really helps with what it claims to do, I can say I felt relaxed right after? Oh the peeing is unreal. Although I already pee often...

You are a really great mum, who loves her littles more than anything. I can understand that you may be worried that you're not doing enough sometimes, but trust in yourself that you are ❤
(I was also quite sickly as a child and just remembered that my parents were gentle but always encouraging. I suppose they really tried to normalise it so that i would feel less like an outlier.)

Sidenote: you should take a look into synchronisity theory! Its the belief that things happen more than just chance. It can be thinking of someone before them calling you, or wondering to yourself for a sign and getting a little star!

I have super tight shoulders & neck. Fire cupping really helps. I also started acupuncture sessions in conjunction with deep tissue massage therapy. Have you tried acupuncture?
