Getting up early & getting your day started really does make you feel good, it really does. I was meant to have a surgery in Nov & hopefully be reasonably recovering over Xmas but it had to be cancelled til jan. So it’s going have to be a quiet Xmas, I’m grateful for the fact that 2024 is hopefully my yr. I entered. That was really good advice Adeline🫶🏻
