The problem with Cloak & Dagger is that they are not as reliable as many other supports who are useful by default. Everything about C&D kit counters itself by the team movements wheter is attacking while being invulnerable or getting out of the trail or your ult, this is why they're getting some deserving love.

I play all strategists, and a cloak and dagger buff while (allthough it might be through hitbox fixes) jeff nerf is insane though, C&D are just fine and my boy jeff is literally bottoming the winrates
