This is How I Plan to Gain 10K Followers Before the Holidays 🤫

Steal my strategy here:

Trending audios, posting 3-4 times a day and posting times do not matter!

None of that will get you 10K followers, it will only get you burnt out. 

The algorithm does not care about any of this. It just cares about 2 things:
✨ Watch Time
✨ Engagement

For watch time this is the strategy I recommend:

1️⃣ Start your video off with a hook. 
This is the first 3 seconds of the video that should capture the audience’s attention and stop them from scrolling.

2️⃣ Provide value in the middle portion of your video.
This has to be niche related and something you’re an expert in which the audience doesn’t know about. Keep it short and snappy between 20 to 30 seconds.

3️⃣ Create a mini series
This not only creates brand recognition and creates your authority but it also gets people in the loop of watching your videos.

These are my top 3 tips increase engagement:

1️⃣ Ask questions in your videos, captions and wherever else you can
This will get people to comment on the post and the algorithm will push it more.

2️⃣ Don’t be afraid of being controversial
Even if people are coming into your comment section trolling you, it is good for you.

Anything controversial that prompts people to comment their opinion fosters engagement which the algorithm loves.

You don’t need to be hateful or disrespectful, you can just share your hot takes and opinions and let people in the comments fight and argue over them.

3️⃣ Have a Call to Action

Finish off the video by asking the audience to perform one action, this can be anything from liking, sharing, saving, following or even commenting. 

Let’s say you’re doing a 10 part mini series, the person who enjoyed the first one is likely to follow you and watch the new ones. You would be building a relationship with them so they would also be likely to comment on your next posts in anticipation.
