A proton, a deuteron and an alpha-particle are moving with the same momentum in a uniform magnetic field. The ratio of magnetic forces acting on then is (How many?) and their speeds are in the ratio (Is how many?)
A) 2:1:1 and 4:2:1
B) 1:2:4 and 2:1:1
C) 1:2:4 and 1:1:2
D) 4:2:1 and 2:1:1

Excellent! You do a great presentation and explanation! This brings back 35 years ago. I love relearning things!

I just knew that alpha particle is 4 times in mass as proton so to equate their momentum their speed should be 4:1 and there was only one option of it, so opt A

Sir, sorry if I bother you but I have a problem. If object of constant mass M travel upward to higher altitude under a constant force F in gravitational field (gravity as a function of distance to earth's center), how can I find the velocity of that object after a certain time interval?
