The only thing I really miss with Titanfall 1. Everything was first person. No moving out into Third person cause you getting into yer titan and executions.

Played the beta at my mates. When you're in a titan, you feel like a transformer. The parkour element of this game is fantastic. It's so fun to breach rooms, by jumping right through the window.

Man I miss this game so much. Even in 2021 I get tingles of anticipation when I hear "stand by for titanfall" 1:53. And nothing compares to the mad dash for the drop ship at the end of a match 😭

I´m lvl 37. One of the most inovative fps I´ve played for years. Titanfalls way to start and end matches is marvelous. The pacing and movement ist exceptional. However beside the limited content this game lacks custom lobbies badly. Also a competitive mode with restricted burn cards would be wonderful.

i am ALL ABOUT video game trailers that just show a few minutes of uninterrupted gameplay. even if it's all scripted like this, it's so much more interesting than people saying dramatic quotes over cutscenes.

6v6 is fine. Most of the time I play 4v4 team tactical in CoD: Ghosts. I only occasionally go to the larger team deathmatch, but it's a mess and full of spawn killing.

More importantly, does anybody remember the game MechAssault on the original xbox? It was extremely fun and was one of the most popular xbox live games after Halo 2. MechAssault 2 also had a max of 6v6 and despite the large maps and lack of AI teammates, the game was perfect and there was no need for more players.

In fact, Titanfall reminds me a lot about the MechAssault series with a bit of Crysis mixed in. For an original xbox game, MechAssault was amazing. Full destructible environments, essentially "Levelution" from BF4. It allowed players to walk around, pilot tanks, and mechs as well as use other forms of artillery. MechAssault was really ahead of its time. Gameplay-wise it can still hold its ground to many next-gen games and even the graphics are pretty decent. Please tell me people here still remember MechAssault on the original xbox?
