It's a mind set, don't let the negative of another up set you emotionally so that it puts doubts in your mind, if your kind and you love your good enough it's not what other people see you as it's about how god sees you, and knows your heart, be yourself, draw a safety bubble around yourself don't let negative feelings erode what is good in you, trust in a higher love, be the best that we were created to be, when we lose the self we become selfless, to the good of the whole, with the negative mind we are brought down to the poor me syndrome, and then start to feel lost unloved and hopeless, and broken, having said that if we are broken, only those that have a good heart could be broken, so know that as one that feels this way at times, when others are so unkind with judgement, not knowing how fragile we can be, with love, keep going don't give up on what god created you to be, with much love x ❤and prayers 🙏

Don't interfere in another's journey for you are not them, but by being kind to those that are struggling for you could well be in their shoes, don't look down on another that is weaker than yourselves, for you don't know how they got where they have, and it could happen to anyone, with love Amen x

Don't let your past define you, or the opinions of others trust in what god says you are, , also we do not have to explain who we are to satisfy others, we all have a journey, each of us is different, don't judge another, it's their journey not yours, we are only responsible for ourselves, don't take on another's for by doing so we become their victim, look inside yourself first, with love x
