Russia is a fast learner. Remember the full blackout of Crimea back in winter of 2015? Then, Ukraine blew up the power lines powering the peninsula, resulting in almost a complete blackout. Crimea was left with 5% of required power capacity. People of Crimea spent the entire winter having 4-5 hours of electricity a day and no heating. West's reaction was a complete silence, while Ukrainians were celebrating and posting "funny" memes. Russia has learned that lesson, and now feeds Ukraine its own medicine. Ukraine's own actions made this possible and justifiable.

I would like to remind the American friends that for 8-10 years in Lughansk, ppl used to have electricity for less that 20 hours a day and even if it is better, even now the water is not available for 1-2 days !! The American friends did not care then??!! Zelensky use joke on TV about the absence of drinking water in the Krimea!!
