Oh wow, what a somber song.

I like what you did with the chord progressions throughout the track. In the beginning of the song the chords start jumping around, giving this feeling of being lost in the grief. Then, halfway through, some semblance of order comes back and things become a bit more predictable again, until the very end where the strings go higher and higher and the hopelessness returns.

I can see a story along with it all, beginning with the funeral gathering and the grief of a family member (here it's easy to imagine a situation in Omori, where we follow Sunny during the funeral of you know who). Dread sets in, confusion follows with the sadness of it all. Then, the funeral procession goes underway and things feel more orderly, but when the casket is being lowered the finality of it all sets off a new wave of grief and despair.

This pixelated art is amazing, also the fact that it only has black&greyish colors, which helps resonate with characters inner world...
Music is simple and calm and gives some certain feeling while listening, thumbnail and even description are also simple and short, but they still give enough information about this piece.

Basically, it gives off vibe of that 10 year old ambient video that YouTube suddenly recommends, but it's actually been 10 hours, hehe

Darn, the feels are powerful and heavy. It feels like the omori final duet (because it has some final duet note combos I think) if it sounded like actual heavy mourning and loss, and rather than omori vibes, it has its own aesthetic darkness to it.

I just stumbled upon this. But i can easily say the first few seconds of this left me in a trance. I could hardly calm my heart as the emotion within this piece was too great for me to ignore. It really put me in a mournful state throughout the track. Relaxing but devastating.
