YouTube just rolled out YouTube Shorts and they are blowing up! That is why your church should look into doing them.
On YouTube the most important metrics are Click through rate (CTR), and average view duration (AVD). (Shorts are vertical videos 60 seconds or less, like this one)
The key number to shoot for on a video is at least 50% AVD, then you basically have a viral video on your hands...
But with shorts, they automatically loop! That means you can get more than 100% AVD easily! So find a clip of your Pastor answering a question, or an awesome worship moment less than 60 seconds and post it vertically on YouTube! It is super easy to do!
