Even if SEC appeals it won’t affect XRP. The judgements for XRP are final and law. They can only appeal for the case against other coins, lol so why not just go after other coins. An Appeal won’t happen because the SEC will look like fools if they do and it will prove that they are just trying to interfere with their business model and they are already being taunted for that. This thing is sealed and done!
