In my area we have a very bad contractor I’ve had personally bad experience with this contractor they’ve personally ripped off people that I know they are being investigated for insurance fraud the Attorney General has a two-year investigation on them but it’s like nobody wants to do anything about it what does it take for these scamming contractors to have their license revoked

All my jobs I do all Owens Corning everything with duration oc, all top grade underlayment and ice and water shield, and ridgevent/nice metal vents. Use starter on every rake for wind damage prevention, caulk under every penetration, vents, and laying ridgevent, and always tell them new metal on everything including the Chimneys. Put a 10/15 yr. Warranty on labor depending on what they all do. Insurance is always the best roof with everything new including Chimneys.
