Why don’t we make our mental health as important as our physical health? Unfortunately, because of mental health stigma. How we view mental health keeps people from ever seeking proper treatment. Just as addressing any physical illness early provides better outcomes, so can addressing our mental health. Lack of mental health care is the root of many of the problems facing community. Drug addiction, violence, sexual abuse, and so many more issues can all be rooted in mental illness. By properly addressing mental health issues, we can heal one person, one family, and hopefully one community at a time.

Addressing the African American community with "real talk' is a step to freedom. Don't suffer in silence, when you can get help, and only you and your counselor/therapist will know! This was great!

Awesome! I'm a mental health advocate for the African American community and I'm a certified peer recovery specialist. I believe that the mind, body and soul must be healed to be happy productive people.

This was very educational for me as a health professional. I would like to see this young woman in person one day. I feel like she was on point with all this and we need to start lifting people up. Also tell others its ok to talk to someone and they are not alone in this world.

She delivered a clear message. Remember that it's ok to ask for help; it'll provide you emotional support during challenging times.

It is a good idea if people other than the majority white population of the uk ie coloured or people with different religions and cultures than the majority population start making case studies on there victimisation. These case studies will build up and trends will be found for analysis that can find the problems. The cases studies can be used and installed into the main law system to enable a greater understanding of different cultures and laws implemented. Ie If there are several Afro blacks, Asians and Muslims that feel that they are watched like the “enemy of the state” will smith film and have had a breach of there rights all staying the same format of there statements then the crooks and security companies that are involved in making them feel uncomfortable or forcing them into crime by systematic psychological programs can be found and sued properly in the court of law and renditions of vetting everyone in the surrounding area or proximity would define if various groups are manipulating or targeting using various word or language manipulation. This method must start the freedom motion of all minorities in the UK, America and mainland Europe. 🤴🏽🕉🔺➕

James 5:16
16 Therefore,  confess your sins to one another and pray for one another,  that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.

Would a bi-polar person really be offended if we said the weather is bi-polar?
