Just becoming vegan can solve many environmental problems. Also grow your own green, fruit trees, become self sufficient and ban single use plastics. Also be minimalist, less selfish and stop being too greedy.

I am glad that more and more people are protesting about the climate crisis that is happening in our world. Sometimes we young people forget that we are also citizens and that it is also up to us to demand a change from politicians, because if we don't do it, who will? At the end of the day, we will be the ones who will face the harshest consequences of climate change and it becomes a duty to do something to save the world. I believe that the best way for us to demand is through these peaceful protests, to show that unlike in years past, we cannot ignore the large number of problems that are occurring due to the global climate crisis. Although Fridays for future is an initiative driven by teenagers, this issue concerns all people equally and I believe that if more people join in, we can make a significant difference to our planet.

I'm glad people are protesting, but honestly I don't want everyone to just spend time heaping blame and anger on people. I appreciate and respect the importance laid by people like Greta Thunberg and protesters, but I want to see us being constructive, not destructive.

As he said, climate change has been going on gradually for 100 years. And yet back about 4 decades ago the climate " experts" were warning that we may be moving towards a new ice age. The earth dictates climate change and man also plays a part. Volcanic activity plays the most quick dramatic change. Active volcanic activity has helped melt glaciers and can lead to warmer waters and rising sea levels.
The discussion should be about how to reduce pollution instead of using global warming as a fear tactic.
Cheap energy widely available has lead to improving the lives of most people around the world. When less polluting types of energy are widely available and equally priced to other forms of energy then most will change.
China is by far the worst culprit of pollution, every other nation is not even close. Having been to China many times the biggest complaint by the Chinese people I talked to was pollution.
