That build is pretty cracked. Only thing its lacking is pen and resists. Liandries and rift work so well off each other with damage over times. Into malignance procs. Ultis literally a minefield while still having tons of health.

To be honest, the only reason that your team didn't get crushed, was because the other team didnt have any tanks either, and were just as glass cannoned as your team.
Never seen a Nocturne mid before, if he was jungle he probably would have build AD bruiser and crushed you.
