I listen to your music after a long stack of exams to calm my mind and give it rest by closing my eyes in a dark room with a scented candle burning. More frequently, I use your music to get me through long nights of writing papers, it keeps me awake, energized and prevents me from having anxiety over completing of the paper. After years of listening to relaxdaily, I can tell you there is no other music that helps me get over stress and focus on my homework again. I had a difficulty on concertrating -still do- and long mixes like this one have saved me so many times! I used this for sleeping as well.
