Fuji X-T5 Firmware 4.10 - Looks like a WINNER!

Fuji finally released a firmware update for the X-T5 that addresses some of the AF issues that some users were experiencing. After this brief, non-scientific test, it looks much improved. Let me know down in the comments what you think!

it looks pretty good. The problem I've had with fuji AF is tracking a moving subject in photo mode and false positives. I'm sure there will be many tests posted to YouTube shortly. Hopefully they get it right!

This is WAY off topic, but since I know you use Davinci I thought I would ask you a question about it here. Is davinic web based? meaning if I have davinci on two different computers and add a LUT on one computer will it be automatically added to the second computer? FCP doesn't do this (although most other apple software does) and it drives me absolutely CRAZY

It would help a lot to know what lens you're using. Just watched a video from someone who swore off Fujifilm because the new firmware was not much better than the last. But he only showed a test using a Sigma lens. I didn't know if it was the camera's fault or the lens.

I've been out twice in London with the new X-T5 firmware, just taking pics of cyclists, moving cars, crowds etc to test its AF-C autofocus accuracy. With the Fuji 33mm f1.4 lens. Both times in overcast daylight. I must say it seems very good! Quite sticky, even. My settings include 'focus priority', AF-MF switched off (only because a couple of people online, probably wrongly, claim is switches focus priority back to shutter priority), and the 'cheetah' tracking setting in the custom autofocus menu.

Have you tried it in AF-C and shooting stills with eye (or animal eye) detect? I'm very interested to know if the hit rate (i.e eye in focus) has improved over the previous firmware.

I have the new 16-55 lens and all of a sudden the aperture ring stops working ... my fstop isn't changing when i move the ring around ... i'm forced to put the camera in command mode to adjust the aperture ... is anyone have the same issue ... and what should i do?
