$50,000 Home Gym Tour

It's been a long time since I did a full walkthrough piece by piece in the home gym.

I added it up and new cost of all this is about $47,500. Good thing I buy and sell because this was all from the profit.

For those who have been here a while, most of the key pieces stayed the same the last few years and l've been selling off equipment that didnt get much use to free up room.

There's still things I want, but nothing major missing that would ever prevent me from doing any commercial workout at home.

Follow on IG and TT for more.

You have a super nice home gym with lots of room. I rarely see a home gym with so much space in the middle. Most home gyms are a long rectangle. I have a long garage gym with Excalibur high polish 304 stainless steel equipment.

Not a lot of people have the space, or upfront costs of starting a home gym. Do you allow your friends, and family to work out at your home gym? As you know, a home gym is never done. What pieces are you thinking about purchasing next? I hope to view more of your videos. Thank you.

It says's 41.3 inches width of the shelves on the site, so I wasn't sure whether it would work. But it's definitely cheaper and lighter.
Similar to you, I'm going to throw some uprights on the outside of one side of the rack to give me storage for some of the attachments. I don't love wrecking the custom paint with UHMW scratches on the Irwin rack. If the holes don't match, that's what a round chisel is for. You've given me a lot to think about. Thanks man.

Really nice home gym! I'm jealous of the size of the space. How do you think about the trade off between leg ext / leg curl vs leg press / hack squat vs belt squat? I have room for one more machine and I'd like it to be a leg one.

What are your thoughts on the Griffin lever arms? Do you use them often? Does the per arm weight of 70lb’s get annoying over time? I have limited space and only one rack, a Rep PR4000, and wondering if you think they’ll just be in the way when not using them. Thanks! Really nice gym btw!

time.

I have an Irwin rack, similar to the Sorinex base camp at 41 inches inside the rack..where did you get the dumbbell shelves in the back of the rack?

Also bro the body solid equipment. Where did you get that from and how much did it cost because I see it on Amazon for like 500 bucks but I’m pretty sure it’s a scam.

Thanks for the response. I was thinking the same about the shipping from sorinex, which is why I bought from Irwin. Thanks, I didn't think about the space for the spotter and walking through the back. I talked to Garth Irwin's about the shelves. They will cost a similar amount to Sorinex's I imagine (300 each) and I might the able to get them in the colour I want. I was thinking that rep's might work as well, but I'm unsure that the width will work.
