Concealing a payment to an adult star thereby deliberately keeping it away from the public, his wife and his family, utter discrace.

Article 1, Section 8  New York  Constitution, last sentence states, "and the jury shall have the right to determine the law and the fact. "
What does that mean?

Is Trump still going to rely on that cheerleader type of lawyer he had representing him in his most recent civil case?
Yes, the one he lost horribly.

So if your payed hush money to someone you enter in to a contract. So stormy Daniel's failed to keep her part of the contract. If your in default of a contract you should have to pay back the amount of the agreement plus a fee for fees of court cost and penalties. This is the same for if you fail at any contract.
